plain-odbc branches

These are my branches of ​plain-odbc.

I created a patch for 64-bit compatibility on Linux. It's currently going through testing on the project's mainline.

I'm also working on a patch to add typed error signaling. I'll submit it to mainline after the 64-bit dust has settled.
